Gail is a native of the Washington, DC area and graduated from the University of MD with a B.S. in Journalism. 

She has over 30 years experience in the real estate industry, with a deep knowledge of local coastal markets in

Sussex County and Ocean City, MD. 


For several decades. Gail worked as a Director for Fannie Mae and the National Association of Realtors. She has received 12 national and international awards for her marketing initiatives. 


Gail serves on the Keller Williams' Coaching Leadership Council and volunteers as a mentor at 

a local elementary school.
